**Centre Director Opportunity**We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as Centre Director.As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving excellence in early childhood education and care.Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading and managing a high-performing team of educators
  • Developing and implementing curriculum and programs that promote child learning and development
  • Maintaining compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve organisational goals
  • Providing exceptional customer service to children and families

  • A minimum 3 years experience in a Centre Director role
  • Bachelor or Diploma of Early Childhood Education
  • Demonstrated experience leading large teams in high-quality early learning environments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
