Job Overview

This role involves working as an Analyst in Securitisation and Agency Operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing and managing workflow and completion of all Agency transactions on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively assist the AVP Manager and AVP Supervisor to process and manage the workflow and completion of all Agency transactions on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
  • Ensure loan prework for Agency transactions is completed accurately and timely, and the Treasury cash sheet is up to date.
  • Establish new Agency clients in LIQ in accordance with signed agreements.
  • Prepare monthly suspense account reconciliations for Accounting Dept.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and collaborate with team members and managers to enhance processes and reduce risk.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Assist or support in preparing and/or preparing daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for receivables and other securitisation products when required.
  • Undertake general processing duties including initiation of loan rollovers, repayments and charging of fees for various trusts.
  • Prepare remittance applications for securitisation loan drawdown disbursements in accordance with application requirements.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related Operations role within banking and financial services.
  • LIQ system experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent time management and a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to deliver customer experiences, collaborate and build partnerships, communicate professionally, drive for results, lead change, seek continuous improvements, and think strategically.
