Securitisation Expert

We are seeking a skilled Securitisation Expert to join our team. As a key member of our securitised credit team, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our ABS portfolio.

Your expertise will be essential in originating, executing and managing public and private ABS transactions. This will involve conducting investment due diligence, commercial negotiation, structuring, internal approvals and legal documentation.

You will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with issuers, banks and counterparties.

Our ideal candidate will have 5-10+ years' experience in securitisation, ABS investing, structured finance or warehouse lending. A deep understanding of the Australian and New Zealand ABS markets, particularly private warehouse structures, is highly desirable.

A strong analytical, structuring and financial modelling skills are essential, with Excel being a must-have. SQL or coding experience would be a bonus.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills are also required, as well as the ability to operate independently and take ownership of transactions.
