**Structured Finance Specialist**: Join our team to originate, structure and arrange securitisation transactions for corporate clients.

We are seeking a skilled professional with experience in structured secured funding backed by various assets. If you have strong relationship management skills and expertise in securitisation modelling, transactional and credit risk, this is the perfect opportunity to leverage your skills in structured finance techniques and banking regulations.

The ideal candidate will work closely with external clients and Relationship Managers to provide innovative solutions for structured secured funding. You will be responsible for assisting SCM Executive Directors and Directors with origination and execution of warehouse and term ABS transactions. Additionally, you will identify and design new product and existing product innovation to expand SCM capabilities.

You will also collaborate with SCM middle office team to ensure client activity is understood and monitored appropriately. Your exceptional communication skills and ability to work in a team environment will enable you to assist Markets Sales teams in distributing securitisation transactions to capital markets investors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Originate and execute warehouse and term ABS transactions
  • Identify and design new product and existing product innovation
  • Collaborate with SCM middle office team
  • Assist Markets Sales teams

Required Skills: Strong relationship management skills, securitisation modelling skills, transactional and credit risk expertise, deep understanding of structured finance techniques and banking regulations.
