The role of a Salesforce Technical Architect is pivotal, encompassing the design and creation of underlying data structures and flows to support application builds for high-profile clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide development teams in using best practice Salesforce solutions.
  • Ensure projects or programs appropriately utilize Salesforce technical capabilities to solve business problems.
  • Participate in pre-sales activities, presenting or demonstrating solutions to customers.
  • Liaise with client technical teams to understand architecture outside of Salesforce and required integrations.
Qualifications
  • Deep technical knowledge in two or more Salesforce clouds, particularly Experience Cloud and Service Cloud, with strong integration design skills, LWC, and Apex.
  • Working experience as a Technical Architect in a transformation program.
  • Proven experience in successfully managing development teams, onshore and offshore.
  • Experience designing Salesforce solutions with an understanding of how Salesforce fits into the overall architectural landscape.
  • Demonstrated understanding of underlying client business problems and the ability to develop Salesforce technology-enabled solutions that address their needs.
  • Practitioner-depth knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns, including middleware, point-to-point, ETL.
  • Capability to communicate with stakeholders while managing their expectations.
  • DevOps experience, including the use of DevOps tools such as Git.
  • Ideal candidates are on the journey to becoming (or have already become) a Salesforce Certified Technical Architect.
