
Multidisciplinary Behavioural Support Specialist

This role involves working as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide tailored support plans for clients with varying intellectual and psychosocial diagnoses.
About the Role- Develop behaviour assessments and support plans that meet client needs.
- Liaise with clients, families, and government departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Provide interventions in group and individual settings to promote positive behaviour change.
- Design and implement programs that incorporate evidence-based theories and practices.
- Build relationships with stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
- Maintain high standards of quality and compliance with relevant regulations.
- A degree in a relevant field or significant experience in the industry.
- Strong analytical and report-writing skills to effectively communicate client information.
- Ability to work in a client-centric approach with a positive attitude.
- Current driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
- Registration to practice as a Behaviour Support Practitioner in accordance with the NDIS Capability Framework.
