About the Role
  • Develop behaviour assessments and support plans that meet client needs.
  • Liaise with clients, families, and government departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Provide interventions in group and individual settings to promote positive behaviour change.
  • Design and implement programs that incorporate evidence-based theories and practices.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and compliance with relevant regulations.
Requirements
  • A degree in a relevant field or significant experience in the industry.
  • Strong analytical and report-writing skills to effectively communicate client information.
  • Ability to work in a client-centric approach with a positive attitude.
  • Current driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
  • Registration to practice as a Behaviour Support Practitioner in accordance with the NDIS Capability Framework.
