Job Overview

  • This role involves overseeing and executing projects across the Gas and Renewable asset portfolio, encompassing capital expenditures, emergent projects, and those within the wind sector. The incumbent will work closely with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams to deliver outage and project objectives in accordance with the Project Management Framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The successful candidate will lead the delivery of assigned projects, incorporating effective scoping, planning, scheduling, and management of approved capital and operating expenditures.
  • They will be accountable for the delivery of projects, including the development of budgets, resources, outage management, permitting, site mobilization, financial compliance, and holding permits as the Authorized Permit Holder and/or Recipient in Charge (RIC) for assigned sites.
  • Collaboration with engineering is crucial to ensure an optimal working relationship between these two departments for effective project delivery and handover from approved to implemented.
  • The ideal candidate will utilize Amplify to provide regular project status updates and reporting to management on progress towards project delivery.
  • Discussions and escalations to the Project Delivery Manager regarding project resources to support and coordinate any required outages during scheduled downtime are also essential.
