Fire Protection Specialist

We are seeking an accomplished Fire Protection Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our fire protection products and services to architects, engineers, builders, and other industry professionals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with experience in the construction or building materials industry being highly regarded. You will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

  1. Develop and execute strategies to increase sales of our fire protection products and services in Victoria and Tasmania.
  2. Become a trusted advisor to our customers, providing expert advice on fire safety and protection solutions.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends, ensuring our products and services remain competitive.
  5. Promote our company image through representation at industry functions and events.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years' experience in a sales role, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
  • 3 years experience leading a small team.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer focused with the ability to engage at all levels.
  • Ability to work autonomously, unsupervised as well as contribute to a strong team environment.
