Director of Holistic Wellbeing

Our organization seeks a seasoned Wellness Director to lead our Wellness Department, overseeing the delivery of premium member wellness experiences.
This includes managing the Rooftop Wellness and Signature Wellness teams, ensuring smooth service across both departments, and staying ahead of wellness trends and innovations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing team capability and service confidence around all wellness modalities, creating proactive systems and protocols that ensure members feel cared for and supported in their individual health journeys.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading the Rooftop Wellness and Signature Wellness teams
- Overseeing daily operations and managing team rosters
- Providing hands-on guidance to your team and building strong relationships with VIP members
- Staying ahead of wellness trends and innovations
- Developing team capability and service confidence around all wellness modalities
- Creating proactive systems and service protocols
Requirements:
- Experience leading teams within the wellness, recovery or fitness space
- In-depth understanding of wellness services and health optimisation strategies
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Confidence in protocol delivery and guest education
- A coaching or allied health background is highly regarded
- Natural ability to connect with people and influence outcomes positively
