and we are looking for a Psychologist & Clinical Psychologist to join our team. proudly providing excellence in person-centred, holistic care.

We are especially looking for someone passionate about supporting adolescents and young adult males, with the ability to build trust, create safe therapeutic relationships, and foster engagement through a developmentally sensitive and strengths-based approach. This role offers the opportunity to help shape and grow a service that supports the mental health of young people in a rapidly growing community.

• Permanent part-time or full-time opportunity available
• $110,000–$180,000 pa + Super (depending on experience)

Allied Health Therapy and Support

Therapywell proudly provides excellence in person-centred, holistic care and support including psychology, counselling, occupational therapy, speech pathology (and more) practice for individuals and their supports, located in the beautiful inner-city suburb of Auchenflower.

As an integrated multidisciplinary allied health practice, we provide comprehensive services to children, adolescents and adults presenting with complex developmental and mental health challenges. We offer a range of services to our clients and the public including individual therapies, group programs and education and training.

Role Description

This is a part-time or full-time role for on-site role for Registered Psychologist or Clinical Psychologist. As a Registered/Clinical Psychologist at Therapywell, you will be responsible for providing psychological assessments and treatments, conducting psychological testing, and applying counselling psychology techniques. This role also involves collaborating with other multidisciplinary team members.

Qualifications

• Possess a psychology degree and relevant licensure
• Experience in conducting psychological assessments and tests
• Strong understanding of mental health and counselling psychology
• Capable of providing clinical supervision
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Experience in working with diverse client populations
• Additional qualifications or certifications in specialized areas of psychology are beneficial
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
