Regional Sales Manager Position

About the Opportunity

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our Wholesale Sales team in Sydney. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to drive business growth and expand our presence across the Private Wealth and Private Banking segment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in generating sales with financial advisers and intermediaries, with a deep understanding of the psyche and behaviours of these professionals.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a sales plan to meet or exceed quarterly and yearly sales targets
  • Deepen our footprint across the Private Wealth and Private Banking segment
  • Collaborate with the Strategic Sales team on key head office initiatives
  • Negotiate commercial agreements with clients
  • Contribute to the professional development of fellow team members
Key Requirements
  • Established track record of success in generating sales with financial advisers and intermediaries
  • Minimum five years' experience in a sales role
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including influencing and liaising at all levels
  • Relevant qualifications and/or industry experience
