Job Overview

We seek a Product Specialist to drive the success of our ophthalmic diagnostics business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, delivering key performance indicators (KPIs), and developing territory through engagement with existing and new customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve sales targets and deliver KPIs
  • Develop and grow territory through customer engagement
  • Manage key accounts and targeted customers
  • Understand customer objectives, buying criteria, and decision-making processes to form long-standing partnerships
  • Attend to customer inquiries and needs
  • Develop sales strategies and tactics with the Sales Manager, aligned with marketing plans
  • Submit monthly sales reports, including sales forecasts and market intelligence
  • Maintain accurate customer account records and data
  • Provide product information, demonstrations, and training to customers
  • Comply with stock requirements
  • Complete administrative tasks on time
  • Attend exhibitions, conferences, and seminars as directed
  • Perform additional sales-related activities as required
