About the Role

Australian Healthcare Associates (AHA) is seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Aged Care Funding Specialist. As part of our team, you will be responsible for assessing residents in residential aged care facilities using the Australian National Aged Care Classification (AN-ACC) assessment tool.

This is a permanent full-time or part-time position, with a highly attractive salary and comprehensive training and support provided. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse and widely located team, and will be required to travel to regional and remote facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess residents in residential aged care facilities using the AN-ACC assessment tool
  • Travel to regional and remote facilities as required
  • Work collaboratively with a diverse and widely located team
  • Provide high-quality assessments and reports
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse, Physiotherapist, or Occupational Therapist in the aged care sector
  • Current, general, unrestricted AHPRA registration
  • Valid driver's license and reliable car
  • Flexible attitude and ability to adapt to changing environment or circumstances
  • Willingness to travel to regional and remote facilities
  • Able to work unsupervised within a diverse and widely located team
