With over 15 years of experience, we have been supporting older people and individuals with disabilities to live independently in their own homes and stay connected to their local community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Personal care: showering, dressing, grooming, and medication assistance
  • Social support/transportation for social activities, shopping/groceries, and medical appointments
  • Domestic assistance: light household cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
  • Supporting customers in the use of aids and personal equipment
  • Monitoring the well-being of customers and reporting on their progress

About You:

  • Caring, compassionate, and friendly
  • Good interpersonal skills and written/verbal communication skills
  • Reliable and dependable
  • Ability to build rapport and good working relationships

Requirements:

  • Experience working in Aged Care/Disability or
  • Hold a Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Home & Community Care, Individual Support, or Disability Services
  • Criminal Record Check
  • Current First Aid certificate/CPR
