Role Overview

We're seeking a part-time Customer Service Advisor to join our Marion branch team. As a key member of our branch, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and sales experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and support to customers through various channels.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting and selling BankSA's products and services.
  • Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business goals and objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven sales experience with a strong ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent numerical skills with proficiency in handling cash and completing financial transactions with accuracy.
  • Customer service experience in a customer-facing role is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Adaptability and resilience with the ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations.
