Equipment Services Team Overview (EQS)
The EQS Operations team is a dynamic environment that is responsible for the warehousing, set up and delivery of CCEP's equipment for our valued customers. This includes inventory management, set up and management of delivery teams and supply of CCEP's wide range of equipment.
The Opportunity
- Location: Toowoomba
- 8am to 4pm
- Monday to Friday.
- On call every third week and weekend.
- Service Vehicle, iPhone and iPad
The Role
The key objective of the Cold Drinks Technician role is to support the EQS team to provide the highest quality beverage dispensing equipment to both internal and external stakeholders to drive sales growth and contribute to the success of KPI's within Equipment & Services department. In the role of Cold Drinks Technician is you will be responding to and repairing breakdowns of our beverage equipment located in our customers sites. This includes Glass Door Merchandisers, Air Curtain Coolers, Fountain dispensing equipment, vending machines, frozen beverage equipment and coffee machines.
Key Responsibilities :
Key responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Safety Behaviour - Actively participate in Toolbox Talks, Safety audit completions.
- Beakon Compliance - Overdue incidents, hazards and tasks closed out in timely manner
- Equipment Service – Service equipment to the highest standards, inclusive of preventative maintenance and quality assurance work.
- Efficiency - Ensure equipment refurbishment is completed efficiently, using only the appropriate and necessary parts to repair equipment.
- Inventory Management - Ensure parts and asset stocktakes and cycle counts are completed as per schedule.
- Adherence to Process, Policies, and use of IT Tools - Ensure standard work procedures are followed, correctly accounting for time at work using the appropriate Time & Attendance systems (e.g. Kronos)
- Continuous Improvement project involvement - Actively participate in maintaining and developing technical skills, actively participate in training, development and assessment programs.
About You
We are looking for the following skills attributes and experience:
- Proven relationship management experience in particular working collaboratively and cross functionally, developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
- Agile in ways of working and being able to prioritise multiple initiatives.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic with an ability to be flexible and responsive under pressure.
- Excellent time management and organisational capabilities
- Proficient in systems knowledge (e.g. SAP, MyApps, OSP, Microsoft suite)
- Knowledge of Workplace Health & Safety
- Electrical or Refrigeration trade qualifications.
