  • Assist with the restaurant service period, ensuring seamless interactions with guests and exceeding their expectations.

  • Engage and inspire guests throughout the food and beverage experience, understanding and addressing their needs with precision.

  • Maintain outlet cleanliness, adhering to high standards of attention to detail and ensuring all checklists are completed daily.

  • Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence with each customer interaction.

  • Collaborate with the Food and Beverage team in general operational tasks, supporting the success of our culinary initiatives.

  • Assist with the bar service period, tending, stocking, and cleaning the bar to the highest standards.

  • Fulfill special banquet event arrangements requested by guests and attend to in-house events with precision and care.

  • Replenish buffet items to ensure consistency and freshness in presentation from opening to closing.

  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers, anticipating their needs and enabling future bookings.
