Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Service Expert to join our team at Element Melbourne Richmond. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the restaurant service period, providing attentive and personalized service to guests.
  • Engage with guests throughout their dining experience, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with the Food and Beverage team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Assist with bar service, including tending, stocking, and cleaning the bar area.
  • Fulfill special banquet event arrangements and attend to in-house events.
  • Replenish buffet items to ensure consistency and freshness in presentation.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers, anticipating their needs and enabling future bookings.

About You

  • You possess a valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.
  • You have relevant experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of food and beverage service principles.
  • You hold working rights in Australia.
  • You are enthusiastic about escalating your career and motivated to deliver exceptional service.
  • You are self-motivated, driven, and energized in a fast-paced environment.
