We're looking for a proven hospitality leader ready to take full ownership of a busy, community-focused café and bar.

The Eve is a local favourite known for great coffee, quality food, and a welcoming atmosphere. We're after someone who can lead from the front, build a strong team culture, and keep operations running at their best.

In this role, you'll:

Manage daily operations with confidence and initiative

Lead, train, and support a talented FOH and BOH team

Oversee rostering, ordering, and cost control

Maintain high service and product standards

Handle customer needs with professionalism

What we're looking for:

Solid experience managing a café, bar, or hospitality venue

Strong leadership and communication skills

Organised, proactive, and solutions-focused

Passion for hospitality and the customer experience
