Job Title

As a Community Engagement Specialist, you will have the opportunity to develop and deliver impactful community initiatives that drive meaningful connections and real value for our brand.

  • This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about building strong relationships, crafting compelling campaigns, and being part of events and activations that make a difference.

Key responsibilities include planning and delivering standout community engagement initiatives, including local sponsorships, Good for Good Community Grants Program, and impactful major partnerships.

You will be responsible for ensuring our brand shines across both digital and traditional media, while also measuring the real ROI of our community engagement efforts.

About You

To be eligible to apply for this position you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Tertiary Qualifications in Marketing or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience in a Marketing and Community Engagement field
  • Highly developed and effective verbal and written communication skills, including strategic listening and negotiating skills
  • Ability to think, plan and execute on multiple projects simultaneously in an organised manner
  • Demonstrated ability to create and maintain effective relationships with all stakeholders including staff, industry contacts and customers
  • Demonstrated ability to work calmly and maintain good judgement in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in a financial institution (desired)
