We're seeking a highly motivated Community Engagement Specialist to join our team. As a key player in planning and delivering standout community engagement initiatives, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference.

About the Role

This is an exciting full-time salaried contract with a 38-hour working week, but be prepared for variety as this role involves occasional travel and working outside standard hours to bring marketing events to life.

You'll have the chance to leverage relationships, craft compelling campaigns, and be part of events and activations that truly deliver value.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning and delivering community engagement initiatives, including local sponsorships and major partnerships
  • Measuring the effectiveness of our community engagement efforts
  • Crafting persuasive campaigns and content that showcases our brand's values and mission

In this role, you'll work closely with our Marketing and Community Engagement teams to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth and deliver value to our members.

About You

To be eligible to apply, you'll need to possess:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience in a Marketing and Community Engagement field
  • Highly developed verbal and written communication skills, including strategic listening and negotiating skills
  • The ability to think, plan, and execute on multiple projects simultaneously in an organised manner
