Community Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a passionate and proactive Community Engagement Specialist to plan and deliver impactful community initiatives, including local sponsorships, community grants programs, and strategic partnerships.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute community engagement strategies to promote our brand across digital and traditional media platforms.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including staff, industry contacts, and customers.
  • Analyze the real ROI of community engagement efforts and make data-driven decisions to improve outcomes.
  • Craft compelling campaigns and events that drive meaningful results in the community.
Necessary Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in marketing and community engagement.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation skills.
  • Able to think, plan, and execute on multiple projects simultaneously in an organized manner.
  • Prior experience in a financial institution is advantageous.
