As a Salesforce Systems Support Specialist at Nine, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Salesforce platform. This includes user management, system maintenance, customization, data management, training and support, documentation, and collaboration with various departments.

Key Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a certified Salesforce Administrator in a similar environment with sales, service, and industry cloud.
  • Extensive experience in building, customizing, administering, and maintaining Salesforce systems.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce features, capabilities, and best practices, including knowledge of the Lightning Experience interface.
  • Experience in performing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integration.
  • Exceptional ability to create and maintain Salesforce databases.
  • Ability to provide Salesforce training and end-user support, with an ability to relay technical information.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in analyzing data and generating meaningful insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
