Veteran Housing Specialist

The Veteran Housing and Support Officer plays a crucial role in supporting military veterans and their families through part-time, 0.6 FTE, permanent employment with competitive remuneration packages.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage intake, assessment, and coordination of support services for veterans and their families.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with service providers, external organizations, and internal teams to facilitate smooth referrals.
- Oversee the housing waitlist and determine eligibility for housing and support services.
- C coordinate and deliver prevention and early intervention programs.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

- A strong understanding of relevant legislation and regulations, with a commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
