We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated leader to join our team as an Assistant Manager Care Partnership.
This is an excellent opportunity for a registered nurse to utilize their clinical expertise and leadership skills in a dynamic and multidisciplinary environment.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical leadership and oversight to Care Partners and Clinical Stream Team Leaders.
- Support the Clinical Manager in upholding a robust clinical governance framework that aligns with best practice standards and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in embedding a positive employee culture which respects individuals, supports change and encourages continuous learning and development.
- Ensure compliance with consumer file & clinical documentation management processes.

About You:
- You are an enthusiastic and dedicated leader with a genuine passion for enhancing the lives of our consumers.
- You possess strong clinical leadership skills and experience working in an aged, health or community setting.
- You hold a current motor vehicle driver's licence and a Working with Vulnerable People card.
- You are adaptable, enjoy building relationships, and excel in diverse and evolving settings.
Requirements:
- A Registered Nurse Qualification.
- Experience working in an aged, health or community setting.
- A Current Motor Vehicle Driver's Licence.
- A National Police Certificate obtained within the last three months.
- A Working With Vulnerable People Card.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Change Management in a complex environment.
- An understanding of risk management principles, workplace health and safety and continuous quality improvement processes and their application in the workplace.
- High level relationship, team building and communication skills.
