Lead Radiology Team with I-MED

Seeking an experienced radiographer to lead the team in a dynamic role that supports day-to-day operations, staff supervision and maintaining clinical excellence.

  • Coordinate technologist workforce requirements and productivity, including rostering, annual leave planning and managing sick and other leave
  • Mentor and develop technologist staff and provide clinical guidance across clinics

This is a challenging and varied role that offers opportunities to develop clinical and leadership capabilities.

Requirements for Success
  • Ability to manage, coach and lead clinic staff
  • Demonstrated ability to perform high-quality medical imaging examinations using correct techniques to standard or above
  • Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills

About this Role

This full-time permanent position will support the Chief Radiographer/Area Chief and Regional Manager in coordinating day-to-day operations and supervising staff.
