Job DescriptionThe Office Operations Specialist will oversee the daily operations of office facilities, ensuring a seamless and efficient work environment.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate office maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiation and performance reviews.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules for all facilities assets.
- Implement and monitor Occupational Health & Safety policies across all office locations.
- Conduct routine safety inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
- Ensure full compliance with local occupational health and safety legislation.
- Support sustainability initiatives, including recycling programs and energy-saving measures.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including cleaning, waste management, and utilities.
- Monitor and maintain workspace hygiene and presentation standards.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure facilities meet operational and employee experience needs.
- Prepare and present reports on facilities performance and issues.
- Use data-driven insights to recommend improvements in space planning and cost efficiency.
- Act as a local ambassador for global ESG and sustainability goals within the facilities domain.
- Integrate and implement global Facilities and Health & Safety standards, policies, and procedures.
