
Office Operations Specialist

Job Overview:
The Office Administrator role involves managing daily office operations to maintain a productive and professional work environment. This includes ensuring compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and office standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office activities to optimize productivity and efficiency
- Assist with preparation, maintenance, and distribution of operational and revenue reports as directed by the Revenue Manager
- Coordinate new staff orientation, including setting up workstations and onboarding resources
- Act as the primary point of contact for office-related issues and communications
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in relevant systems
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve billing and revenue discrepancies
- Oversee office supply inventory and staff amenities
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in office administration and/or finance support roles
- Experience in revenue administration, billing, or accounts receivable
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High attention to detail with strong data accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Confidence navigating multiple software packages
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
