Purchase Ledger Assistant Role

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and maintain accurate records of supplier invoices, including registration, approval, and payment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of supplier accounts, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices.
  • Review and register supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to invoices.
  • Process and check supplier BACS payments, ensuring timely and accurate settlement.
  • Support the team by covering absences and providing assistance as needed.

Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of supplier statements, reconciliations, and petty cash balances. You will also support the team with employee expenses queries on SAP Concur and manual processing of expense and mileage claims.
