- Deep knowledge of audience development and outreach practices
- Demonstrated ability to lead digital marketing strategies
- Experience managing ticketing operations and CRM platforms
- Proven ability to manage budgets and analyse ROI
- Outstanding stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Demonstrated capacity to lead and mentor teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
