  1. Ability to lead and manage as a senior investigator influencing team members peers and senior staff
  2. Critical thinking skills to make informed decisions and implement them through investigation stages
  3. High-quality investigation skills using contemporary techniques and technologies meeting timeliness expectations particularly in corruption and misconduct cases
  4. Effective written and oral communication skills to deliver evidence-based insights and recommendations
  5. Rapid acquisition and sharing of knowledge of legislation policies procedures and investigative practices
