Key Responsibilities:

  • Process student fees and manage student enrolment
  • Resolve customer issues and provide exceptional customer service
  • Work collaboratively with the student operations team to ensure the smooth functioning of student-related processes
  • Develop and implement processes to improve student outcomes

Requirements:

  • Valid working rights or eligibility to obtain a work visa for Australia
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
