About this role

The Deposits Tribe are responsible for the end-to-end management of customers and products. Our mission is to help customers achieve their goals by providing solutions that meet their needs when it comes to saving, using and managing their money.

As a Journey Expert (Product Management), your mission is to enable the optimisation of customer journeys and improve customer experience by devising innovative solutions, services, products or propositions.

You will also support the Deposits portfolio to comply with a changing regulatory environment and adhere to governance practices to minimise risk.

This role will play an integral part in collaborating with the team to form new customer engagement propositions for ANZ Classic and cross-stacked customers with a product lens all the way through to change management and execution of these campaigns.

Maintaining and optimising the performance of BAU propositions and operating models of existing customer engagement propositions and metrics and review of customer collateral reviews will be part of this role.

A data-driven, commercial mindset/experience is highly regarded for this exciting and dynamic role.

We're looking for someone who can drive business growth while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
