About the RoleWe are seeking a talented individual to join our Organisational Development team as a Leadership and Capability Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering impactful leadership and capability programs that empower our people to reach new heights.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate and deliver engaging organisational development initiatives, including onboarding sessions, team effectiveness programs, and professional development workshops.
- Empower leaders across the business with innovative leadership development programs tailored for frontline heroes and corporate champions.
- Collaborate with HRBPs and business leaders to uncover hidden potential and co-create development solutions that align with business needs.
- Coach and mentor talented individuals, helping them unlock their full potential and achieve career growth.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or similar qualification.
- Experience in delivering leadership and development programs in corporate and/or operational environments.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and blended learning design.
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across diverse business areas.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
