We are seeking talented individuals to join our 2-year leadership development program, designed to equip you with the skills and expertise needed to succeed in a dynamic global organization.

About the Program
  • This comprehensive program offers three job rotations across Sales, Marketing, Portfolio Management, Quality & Regulatory, Finance, and Supply Chain.
  • You will gain exposure to our core processes, technologies, and leadership at our HQ in Scoresby.
  • Engage in business impact projects and collaborate with Senior Leadership.
  • Develop critical competencies through structured learning and on-the-job experience.
  • Work closely with a dedicated Program Manager and senior leaders to support your professional growth.
Your Role

As a participant in this program, you will be responsible for:

  • Participating in a two-year program with three job rotations.
  • Gaining exposure to our core processes, technologies, and leadership.
  • Engaging in business impact projects.
  • Developing critical competencies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree graduate in Science, Business & Commerce, or Engineering.
  • Relevant work experience, including internships.
  • Career ambition for leadership roles within a global organization.
  • Adaptability to change and new assignments.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact with employees and leaders at all levels.
  • Attention to detail with a strong focus on results.
  • Commercial savvy, including understanding of metrics, budgets, and strategy.
  • Excellent communication and professional presence.
  • Authorization to work in Australia without restriction.
  • Willingness to travel as needed and access to a vehicle.
