Inventory Management Professional

We are seeking a driven people leader to join our team as an Inventory Management Professional. In this role, you will play a vital part in managing and maintaining stock levels to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

As an Inventory Management Professional, your responsibilities will include:

  • Building a culture that centres around people development and creating excitement about inventory control and stock movement.
  • Creating team succession plans and delivering regular training to store teams to inspire them to continuously improve.
  • Elevating the team through regular coaching and mentoring, empowering them to be self-sufficient and achieve accuracy across store inventory levels.
  • Collaborating with store leaders to understand customer needs for key store events and peak trade periods to achieve maximum revenue growth.

Our ideal candidate is results-driven, always has the customer experience at the front of mind, and understands the link between effective inventory management and revenue growth. They are authentic, analytical, and attentive, with excellent planning and organisational skills.
