This is an exciting opportunity to work with a well-established home décor and linen retailer that values comfort and simplicity. As a Retail Inventory Lead, you will be responsible for maintaining stock integrity and accuracy across stock receiving and stock-to-floor processes.
You will have the chance to inspire others, work with leadership to optimise stock handling and efficiencies, and partner with the team to drive stock practices and ensure effective replenishment.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate inventory levels and manage stock movements effectively.
- Lead and inspire the team to achieve efficient stock handling and processing.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to implement effective stock practices and procedures.
- Handle inventory in a fast-paced retail environment with high volume sales.
- Support shop floor team with stock management and product availability.
- Proven experience in inventory management preferably in a high-volume retail environment.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Highly developed organisational skills and time management.
- Strong communication and self-motivation skills with the ability to inspire others.
- Solutions-driven with the ability to implement efficient processes.
- Ability to multitask and remain resilient through change.
- Self-awareness and openness to personal and professional development.
- Confident and personable with the ability to develop positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to lift and process products up to 20 kg.
