Job Title: Senior Stock Manager

Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Stock Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management group, you will be responsible for overseeing the stock management process end-to-end.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the stock delivery and storage area, ensuring safety, cleanliness, accessibility, and ease of use.
  • Processing and receiving supplier orders and inter-store transfers, as well as overseeing price labelling and the allocation of new stock to its merchandising or storage locations.
  • Routinely finding and addressing stock inconsistencies between Pronto and actual stock in store. This will involve addressing the weekly Negative Report and category rolling stock takes.
  • Liaising with the Purchasing team and Store Manager to improve stock holding, targeting optimal levels, top-ups, and overstocks.
  • Working with the Store Manager to plan and execute stock take.
  • Assisting the Store Management team to ensure promotions and campaigns are successful.
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance the staff and customer experience.
  • Managing the store team's daily tasks and service when the Store Manager or Assistant Manager, 2IC are absent.
  • Creating and managing warranty structures and processing, training shop floor teams on the process.
  • Collaborating with the Online store to meet set expectations for order TSD, Click and Collect, and IBT requests.
