Job Overview

LagardèreAWPL is the largest Travel Retail operator in the Pacific, with a dynamic team of professionals working across 40 unique retail concepts. We are seeking a driven and organized Storeperson to lead our back-of-house stock management operations.

The Role

We require someone to receive, sort, and distribute stock across multiple stores. The ideal candidate will ensure stock levels are accurate and replenishment is timely. They will also communicate effectively with store teams and suppliers, maintain compliance with safety standards and stock handling procedures, motivate and support a small team, setting a great example.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the back-of-house stock management operations
  • Receive, sort, and distribute stock across multiple stores
  • Ensure stock levels are accurate and replenishment is timely
  • Communicate effectively with store teams and suppliers
  • Maintain compliance with safety standards and stock handling procedures
  • Motivate and support a small team, setting a great example
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, stock, or logistics role
  • Previous experience in food service (knowledge of fridge temps etc) an advantage
  • Great communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Physically fit and able to lift, move and manage stock safely
  • Forklift license advantageous but not essential
  • Demonstrated leadership skills or experience mentoring others
  • Flexible availability (early mornings, nights, weekends & holidays)
  • Valid working rights & ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
