We seek enthusiastic and proactive individuals who can creatively engage clients with art, music, cooking, sport, and other physical activities. Your role may involve one-on-one support, working in group settings within our center and in the Northern Beaches community.

About this Role:
  • Supporting clients in developing new skills through client-centered programs, such as arts & craft, music, health & fitness
  • Assisting clients with meal times, personal care needs (e.g., feeding, dressing, and administering medication)
  • Providing companion support for community access, including social events, recreation, or sporting activities
  • Using our minivan to transport clients when necessary
Availability:

You must be available for a minimum of three days per week (up to five days can be offered) between Monday and Friday, 9:30am - 3:30pm.

Requirements:
  • A current NSW driver's license (P2 minimum)
  • Residency in the Allambie Heights area
  • Triple COVID-19 vaccination
  • We have multiple positions requiring strong swimmers or experience in swim coaching, Nippers, Aust Swim, and similar

The estimated annual salary for this position is around $50,000-$60,000 AUD, depending on location and experience. This figure is based on industry standards and expectations for professionals working in roles similar to this one in Australia.
