About the Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and empathetic individual to join our team as a Support Worker in our Allambie Heights Hub. As a vital member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and empowering people with disabilities to live life on their own terms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver person-centred programs to support clients in living actively and participating in their community.
  • Work collaboratively with behaviour support plans, utilising positive behaviour strategies to promote growth and development.
  • Assist clients with personal and hygiene care, ensuring their dignity and well-being are upheld at all times.
  • Communicate effectively with families regarding client progress, maintaining transparency and open lines of communication.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reflecting the exceptional care provided to our clients.

Requirements:
