Job Summary:

The AWS Professional Services team is seeking an experienced Strategic IT Delivery Lead to manage a team of ProServe Delivery Consultants and support enterprise customers through transformative projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building and Managing a High-Performing Team: Developing and leading a high-performing team of delivery consultants to deliver successful customer engagements.
  • Collaboration and Innovation: Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deploy solutions, provide input on new features, and drive business development initiatives.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Managing practice performance metrics, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of customer engagements, and driving business development initiatives to exceed customer satisfaction targets.
  • IT Strategy Development: Developing and overseeing the implementation of innovative IT strategies for customers, including managing practice P&L and financial acumen.

About the Role:

This role requires a strong background in IT and/or management consulting, with at least 3 years in a people leadership role. Experience managing IT transformation projects, ability to travel to AWS and customer locations, and preferred qualifications include advanced technology degrees or AWS certifications.

  • 8+ years of experience in IT and/or Management Consulting, with at least 3 years in a people leadership role
