About the Position

We aim to maximize our members' financial potential through collaborative efforts. As a Strategic Delivery Expert, you will work with our strategy team to develop impactful initiatives and oversee cross-functional delivery projects.

Key responsibilities include defining measurable outcomes, building business cases, and refining operating models, all aligned with our enterprise strategy.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the discovery, design, and development of strategic plans in collaboration with our Manager – Strategy and Delivery.
  2. Develop responses to strategic questions using frameworks, data, and insights.
  3. Support business planning by identifying, estimating, prioritizing, and sequencing projects.
  4. Build business cases that drive investment in member experiences.
  5. Define success metrics and benefit profiles for strategic initiatives.
  6. Coordinate cross-functional teams to implement strategy using various approaches.
  7. Guide teams in adopting agile methodologies and modern ways of working.
  8. Maintain strategic performance dashboards.
  9. Facilitate strategy and planning workshops and key events.
  10. Presentation of insights and reports to senior stakeholders to support planning and performance management.

This is a permanent opportunity.

The ideal candidate will be a great communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, able to identify problems quickly and develop creative solutions.

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field.
  • Experience from strategy and/or delivery roles in large, complex organizations.
  • Understanding of how to influence organizational levers to achieve commercial outcomes.
  • Experience working in or alongside agile teams.
