A typical day-to-day activity involves:

  • Site inspections and visits
  • Providing advisory consulting services to strata, building managers, homeowners, commercial and industrial enterprises
  • Technical due diligence reporting
  • Condition and building defects audits
  • Dilapidation surveys and make-good assessments
  • Maintenance forecasts
  • Project management
  • Working autonomously
  • Ability to travel locally within Sydney LGAs

The ideal candidate must have:

  • Friendly and personable demeanor
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to travel locally
  • Experience in building defects, Building Surveying, remedial, façade, forensic or Structural Engineering

In return, the successful candidate can expect:
