West Moreton Health is seeking an exceptional leader to join its Executive Team as Chief Operating Officer. This strategic role requires a skilled and ambitious individual who can provide leadership and accountability for the delivery of all clinical and non-clinational support functions.


Key responsibilities include leading a diverse workforce, implementing strategic initiatives, and ensuring alignment with the overall strategic direction of the health service. The successful candidate will have significant experience in delivering successful organisational change and development initiatives, as well as relevant tertiary and/or business qualifications.


The Chief Operating Officer will be responsible for guiding the organisation in achieving its vision to create a thriving West Moreton community with optimal health and wellbeing. This involves effective leadership in managing a multidisciplinary team, driving operational workforce planning, and promoting a high-performance and respectful workforce culture.
