About the Role

  • This role is responsible for developing strategies, policies, systems, and processes to support governance.
  • Responsibilities include coordinating, analyzing, and providing recommendations on declarations of interests, management plans, and gifts and benefits. Providing consultancy advice to employees is also key.
  • The digitization maturity project for declarations and gifts and benefits will be led by this role.
  • Accurate internal and external reports will be initiated.
  • Continuous improvement projects across the team will be participated in.
  • Audit processes will be enhanced with the Internal Audit Lead.
  • Complex requests for information will be reviewed and responded to.
  • An integrated team approach and culture will be contributed to, highly responsive to consumer needs.

About You

  • You must be able to work as part of a team, fostering cooperation and collegiality among colleagues at all levels.
  • Ability to generate creative solutions to complex problems is required.
  • Experience in providing advice and solutions to corporate governance matters in government or health settings is essential.
  • Interpreting legislation and sourcing legal advice on complex issues is necessary.
  • Engaging with various organizations and networks, developing relationships with stakeholders within and outside the organization, is critical.
