About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Identity Solutions Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of secure identity management solutions.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of identity standards and protocols, including OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SAML 2.0.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement federated identity solutions across large-scale enterprise platforms.
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for identity solutions, ensuring automation, testing, and secure deployment.
  • Provide technical leadership to the IAM engineering team, ensuring best practices in coding, design patterns, and DevSecOps are applied.
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Architects, Product Owners, and security stakeholders to align IAM strategy with business and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive hands-on experience with identity management platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of identity lifecycle management, access governance, privileged access, and role-based access control.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor technical teams, while remaining hands-on with development and troubleshooting.
