Job Title: Market Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Market Operations Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating market operations, managing stallholder applications, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage stallholder applications, registrations, and compliance documents
  • Coordinate schedules, rosters, and communications
  • Assist with invoicing, payments, and financial record keeping
  • Act as the first point of contact for enquiries from stallholders and customers
  • Provide administrative support onsite during market days
  • Support social media, newsletters, and community engagement activities


Requirements:
  • Strong administration and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital platforms
  • Able to work independently and as part of a small team
  • Flexibility to assist on occasional weekends (market days)
