About the Position

This is a key role that supports the day-to-day operations of our market, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality customer experience.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage stallholder applications, registrations, and compliance documents efficiently.
  • Coordinate schedules, rosters, and communications to ensure timely and effective delivery.
  • Assist with invoicing, payments, and financial record keeping, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Provide exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for enquiries from stallholders and customers.
  • Support market-day logistics and provide administrative assistance onsite when required.
  • Contribute to social media, newsletters, and community engagement activities, enhancing our online presence and fostering a positive reputation.
