Job Opportunity: Commercial Leadership

We are seeking a skilled commercial manager to join our high-performing team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and develop integrated services, drive business growth, and build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute commercial strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Provide expert commercial advice on contract reviews and negotiations.
  • Manage contract performance metrics, prepare and review claims for time and costs.
  • Negotiate contract terms with suppliers and subcontractors.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in head contract review and negotiation.
  • Senior commercial management experience in construction, infrastructure, or heavy industry.
  • Strong relationship development skills with clients and stakeholders.
  • Mentorship and training of junior colleagues.
  • Understanding of the Australian construction market and its contracts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-solving and planning skills.
